Original owner paid over $95,000 for this unit in 1997 and must have had very deep pockets because it has everything available on it and in some cases two of each item. Tires were replaced 3 years ago and are like new.

UPDATES: We bought this Motor Home 2 years ago and since then have upgraded and fix almost everything that needed attention. Toilet leaked so we replaced it. Replaced the old water heater with a new more efficient one.  Replaced the two old analog TV’s with new digital TV’s. Bought and installed a new sewer system pump so you can dump at any place a sewer is available. Had the unit inspected and serviced and we fixed all bulbs that were out and all minor problems that bugged us. We also replaced the carpeting in the dining with inlaid and in the living area with Prego wood laminate flooring.

We have a website business that we operate while on the road so I replaced one couch with a desk. We still have the couch and can replace it or you can keep both.

THE BAD NEWS: The right side of the right front window was cracked when we bought it. It is safe and legal as is and does not obstruct the driver view. First day I had it I gently backed into the neighbors building and bent the bottom part of the roof latter.  The rear furnace needs the fly switch fixed (about $15.00), and water line to ice maker needs replacement (about $5.00, and one running light bulb is out. Also cover on rear air conditioner is cracked and black sealant over shower skylight should be painted white.

Reason for selling; we are both 72 and I have health problems so we bought this to winter in a warm climate. We went to Florida, loved it, and bought a home there so we do not need the motor home. We love living in this unit and so will you.
